Back to training, Rocky-mode



Hello,
So just put this song to play on the background while reading this and relax for a while before the coming day, whether reading this early in the morning or late in the evening!

Today I got to skate for the third time. Training session with my local coach held again the usual warm-up runs and down times, and of course the beloved wall runs and sprints. Then on the ice, today even though it is just the third time I skated the usual warm-up from last season three minutes and some drills, then the thing that almost dropped me of my legs already, 6 times three minutes of skating. Okay not too bad, I have done more, but am I not still getting use on the ice?
Haha well to my own surprise I did really well. Skating laps has never felt so easy. So relaxed, the straights are just like floating on a cloud and the turns are just on the spot....

I have to admit that all the summer training must be accounted for this. Lets just see how everything will turn out to be. One of the best things I noticed that since I achieved 20 weeks of interning last week that my school program requires me to do, I can now work my hours each day between 4 and 8 which gives me so much more freedom to recover from my exercises and if I have to leave early I do not need to stress that I would have to work my hours in on the next day! I have been blessed with this employers and I could not be more grateful.

But that all folks as they say in the old Acme cartoons. Back to work tomorrow and good nights sleep in between... Ahhhhhhh. Good night, and good morning Finland ;)

PS. we are still doing some weights and I should max them out in two weeks. Today my squat sets hd 265 pounds and my leg press weighed 405 pounds. See what I can do with the big weights for fun!
