So back on Sunday and a day off. Only skateboarding and pilates for me. We've started easy only 4 training sessions on the first week with easy running for 4 minutes with some 2 minute recovery and increasing the speed every now and then. After the runs it's been time to start getting the weight routine rolling. On the last training yesterday of this week I began feeling that I'm back at the level where I ended last training season. Increasing running speed to 1km in 4 minutes feels smooth so I'm not even that far from the running condition I had when I was still doing track&field, and it's only going to get better all the time.
Enjoying training and work already three weeks passed since I arrived so time flies by. That also means that every training session counts. Food, good nights sleep and staying relaxed are essential. Will upload a video blog again soon to make this blog more interesting!
Hope spring is getting there in Finland and the winter will finally be over for few months until it comes back.
